I finally got around to watching some Happy-Ass DNC foolishness last night whilst reassembling my ancient water filter. After watching Bill Clinton soak up every photon of light within the entire Rocky Mt time zone- after an excruciating (and nauseating) 15 minute applause that would upend even the Beatles if John Lennon and George Harrison came back from the dead and did world tour of the White Album- you'd think everybody could go home happy-shit mesmerized and forget about the General fucking Election that is supposedly scheduled for November this year.
Water filter intact, I was ready watch Survivor Man cry and whine like the sulky little bitch he is about having to gag down some putrid scraps of caribou meat he stole from a dog and then watch him toss and turn all night in sub-zero weather with laser beam eyes and green face all whiner-assed Canadian style.
Back in Denver John Kerry walks out on the uber-alles disco floor and I'm thinking why the hell did they send this gutless blue blood Masshole out there when everyone on the planet associates him with the lamest campaign ever run (or rather strolled). Well, despite his stale, overweening and unoriginal delivery he was the first person, the very first, that I've heard since the two nominees were in place, to actually call McCain on just a few of the ridiculously blatant contradictory positions he's taken over the last couple of months. As always, the media still fondles McCain ever so gently and refuses to press him on anything. It's as if they know he's going to snap like Pauly Walnuts if they push him just a little too hard. I'm already sick and puking tired of listening to the media peddle his POW story all over hell and back as if that's supposed to make him a great leader. How the fuck?? I still think it's just a matter of time before he blows a fuse... and I'd like to be there when he does.
- you can youtube it for the rest.
I'm getting a red X on that. Is it supposed to be an image?

Isn't the link below it. If not I'll type it in manually.

Link works fine. So is John Kerry really the guy that the Dems want calling out McCain for being a little flip-floppy?
Posted by: Vandelay | August 28, 2008 at 11:41 AM
It sounded more like he was looking for payback.

My thoughts exactly.

My thoughts exactly.
It's not in the clip but he put it in the context that he was labeled a flip flop guy over and over in 2004 but McCain does it, with resolve, and no one says anything. I would say, likewise, if McCain picks Romney as a running mate then the flip flop guy thing will be back in full force, for Romney- McCain gets a pass because he's a POW.

Type key sucks.

Kruger, you're such an ass.
Maybe you've forgotten, but John McCain did all of his flip flopping while he was locked in a tin box in Vietnam being cooked on both sides.
He may contradict himself, but that's a skill he learned while he was being tortured for our sins in Vietnam.
He learned how to lead America while he was chained to a fence by evil gooks who wanted to steal your freedom.
How dare you question this man's ability to be completely full of shit when it's convenient? He learned a little something about inconvenience when he was getting his skin torn off in a POW camp!
Maybe you forgot that on September 11th, 2001... (no, wait... that's Guiliani...)
Maybe you'd learn the consequences of weak leadership if you were being tied up with barbed wire in a jungle like McCain was, but, if you elect him president, hopefully you'll never have to learn that hard lesson!

Type key sucks.
Thankfully we use TypePad then.

Kruger, you're such an ass.....
It's part of a larger plan to lead a socialist revolt and free all the child rapists (with complimentary food stamps).

Well Barack certainly had no problem calling out McCain on his bullshit, did he?
