Laura Bush at this year's White House Correspondents' Dinner:
"The other day I say to George, if you really want to end tyranny in the world, you've got to stay up later. At 9 p.m. Mr. Excitement here is asleep and I'm watching 'Desperate Housewives.' Ladies and gentlemen, I'm a desperate housewife!"Looks like it, no? Somebody oughta get word to the gardeners.
The jokes on her because she's married to an ass-clown.
She offers no real value.

Thank goodness the president is burning the midnight oil working on this country's problems. I don't expect the guy to work around the clock, but he should be at least putting in as many hours as an associate at a freaking law firm. Is it too much to ask to have the chief executive working 70 or 80 hour weeks and not taking 12 weeks of vacation a year?

Maybe, but if you take out all the time JFK was f8cking interns or movie stars, then he probably did a French-style working week...and no-one at AofG is gonna say HE was a bad Prez. I'm sure Jimmy Carter worked his ass off and look what a incompetent f8ckwit he turned out to be. Not sure there is alot of correlation between time spent in the office and results.

Anyone ever see The Best of Will Ferrel, where he does his George Bush...
When talking about how he stays so sharp:
"12 hours of sleep a night...including plenty of Cat-Naps."
