And if that doesn't work out, just go ahead and trot out the "stupidity defense". Assuming the defense is legit, wouldn't this be something someone should have been aware of, say, before she leashed up a naked prisoner like a dog? Before she was posing in front of a naked prisoner pyramid? Before she was pointing at a prisoner's genitals and playing with her cigarette? I dunno, just asking.
