Some more props for New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer. The man's going after what has to be one of the lowest life forms out there: spyware promoters. From Spitzer: "Spyware and adware are more than an annoyance. These fraudulent programs foul machines, undermine productivity and in many cases frustrate consumers' efforts to remove them from their computers...It's not a victimless attack on our computers, because it comes at a tremendous cost, taking up valuable time and energy when you go online." Amen. Go get 'em Spitz.
Ugh.
Sick of this guy. That said, if he can protect my PC better than Norton Anit-Virus, that's fine with me.

He looks like that Bill Cowher. I hate him.

Yeah, this is another high-profile, headline-grabbing case that will likely result in the usual small, lower-case resolution. I'm happy to let him do his job on this one, but don't think it'll result in any real improvement.

There are no quick fixes. Just like with everything else that needs remedy, it's gotta be done one step at a time. Can't deny the AG's impact.

Love him. More Democrats should act like him and find a way to build integrity because most of them have zero.
The backlash against corporate america and washington lobbyists will strengthen and guys like Spitzer will be looked for by the general public.

i saw spitzer walking up lower broadway the other afternoon, no entourage, not being recognized, just like a normal person. that might be enough to get my vote for gov next year.

An older woman I know was Spitzer's secretary before he was Spitzer. She can't sing his praises enough. Says he's totally down to earth and treated everybody (no matter how high or low on the food chain) with respect. That's all I need to know to conclude he has to be a very good man.

Lucky New York. I want him for president.

As I noted after over on your tight blog, I'm mith you Riggsveda. His efforts to go after Hot 97's Slapfest aside, I'll take Spitzer over Hilary anyday. He's seems as genuine as they come. Her? A first-rate phony if there ever was one.
