I just saw that yesterday. The cop is a prick. This wasn't some biker randomly biking through the street and getting in the cop's way.

The cop was on the job just three weeks (which makes you wonder how effective the screening process is). I was always under the impression you had to work up to that level of indifference.

Nope, these guys will not even miss a day of work. If NYPD cops can shoot an unarmed man 41 times and shoot two unarmed men in their car without departmental action, bitch-slapping a couple of bikers will not warrant any discipline.
