Lets Get This Over With

What's wrong with this picture?  Bush runs out to Andrews Airforce Base today to grovel up to the Pope who's making his obligatory visitation.  Yes, a quarter of the nation is made up of Catholics some of whom may even vote when they're not passed out drunk or screwing hapless orphans so I guess in Bush's mind this makes sense.  Too bad it didn't make sense for him to show up even once when a plane rolled in carrying battle victims of a bullshit war he started because he thought it would make him look cool and make his Vice President's buddies billionaires (the latter of which was a smashing success). 

We all know the Pope can't stand this asshole.  He won't even show up for a traditional German dinner the Whitehouse staff has planned special for him.  When the Pimp first told Bush he was concerned about the situation in Iraq, Bush told the press the Pope meant he was worried about the Christians living there. 

    "Benedict told Bush at their first meeting last summer at the Vatican that he was concerned about "the worrisome situation in Iraq." Bush characterized the pontiff's concerns as mostly limited to the treatment of the Christian minority in Muslim-majority Iraq. The statement out of the Vatican suggested a broader discussion." CNN

That had to go a mile up his ass.

As for the Pope, when asked about the pedophiliac Priest epidemic his response was.

    "“It’s difficult for me to understand how it was possible that priests betrayed in this way their mission to give healing, to give the love of God to these children,” the pope said, adding that the church would work to exclude pedophiles from the priesthood." NY Times

Why is it so freaking difficult for him to understand that his club harbors thousands of sociopaths.  There are examples all around, from Jim Jones to Warren Jeffs, when you get ignorant people brainwashed with illogical fear and senseless bullshit your going to have other people come in and take advantage of these "sheep" to play out their own sick fantasies- it's the nature of institutionalized religion.  I know this guy gets it like all the rest of them got it.  He's just king of the hill now and nothing's going stand in his way.  It's all about the power.

BTW Cannon Law states that if you ever tried to kill yourself you can't ever be a priest, but it's ok if you sexually abused children.  They're "looking in" to getting that changed.

While I don't share the same hatred towards "institutionalized" Catholics as Kruger, I estimate about .45% of the 25% of Americans who are Catholics are either active cyclists or have at one time or another cycled in their youth. So with that said. Fuck you, .45%! You peddlin' fuckin' pedophiles!
