Why Do You Hate Jim Cramer?
Could it be because you're the dope who wrote in asking him for financial advice?
Heh. If only life had mulligans.

I will have to say that I really don't hate Jim Cramer. At least he is entertaining. He also happens to have been extremely successful. A lot of people were out there saying that Bear was just fine, Jim just happens to be a lot more public than the rest of them. So he blew the call on Bear. It happens to everybody in that business.
I spent a couple of years at a investment firm, and I can tell you that there are a lot worse people you can listen to, and you can start with at lot of the "experts" at the brokerages and investment banks. Most analysts were saying the same thing he was. It just goes to show you that the equity markets can be a tough place sometimes, so 1) do your homework and 2) diversify. If you lose sleep over one of your stocks blowing up, then you need to find a different investment strategy.

I am still amazed that people actually give money for him to piss away. I have a little research project going to see if I can find out if anyone else in history has single handedly lost more money investing without it being out-right fraud.

More of a gimmick really. A tool hasn't been invented that could measure my indifference towards Jim Cramer. It's just funnier with him saying it because he was such a dick about it.

I'm not financial guy, but I looked up some stuff on that quote and supposedly it's been taken out of context. I'll look tomorrow when I'm not tired as fuck.
