Mayor Wonka of Nawlins has added yet another platinum quote to his Greatest Hits. Yes, the same guy who coined the phrase "Chocolate City" and told New York they can't fix a hole in the ground (paraphrasing), has now released "I'm a vagina-friendly mayor." This guy is pure gold, end of story. Dare I say -- I'm a fan of Ray Nagin. Seems to have a good sense of humor. That is all.
