For those of you picking up your bi-weekly today, just spend a little time thinking about how much chedda Roger Clemens is making per win here. Even with inflation, the man is set to set some salary/per records that will not be broken for an extremely long time.

Wisemen are retarded that way. If I had to guess, I'd imagine the reasons are the following, in this order:

1.) Barry's been a dick to them (media cats), so they're being a dick to him.

2.) Barry refuses to apologize or show humility which is a big thing to baseball people, since it's such a conservative sport. (see: Rose, Pete)

3.) Roger has been on the Yankees and the Red Sox, so at some point, he was a player on the team of every major media baseball writer and they still have a soft spot for him. Barry's been a Pirate and Giant, so fuck him.

4.) Homeruns are sexier than strikeouts.

All guesses, by the way. I don't really caer enough to think about it.
