Time to bring back an old chestnut from our early days at AofG, the Chris Rock Award. As explained by Jackie way back when, we give the Chris Rock Award to someone who either takes or, in today's case, receives excessive credit for doing something that would otherwise be expected as par for the course.
Yesterday, The New York Times devoted an entire column to a dissection of whether or not our president has recently started engaging in an activity that myself and others engage in every single day.
(No, not that activity)
The best part of the article is where he says he prefers to get his news from objective, unbiased sources such as his handpicked lackeys. No wonder he thinks America loves him.

Papers are so last decade. I get my news from the Internets. While in South Carolina with limited on-line access, I had to resort to reading a paper. It was just reporting things that happened three days ago.
Did anyone hear that James Brown and Gerald Ford died? It should make the paper by the New Year.
