Things are looking up in the Boogie Down.
For only $850,000, you can have the pleasure of buying a townhouse in Mott Haven (also known as the heart & soul of the South Bronx), the newest up and coming neighborhood in the Big Town.
KRS-One jokes aside, this looks like a pretty sweet pad (bottom right), and it's alot more convenient than Williamsburg. Plus you can walk to Yankees games (day games, only - lets not get ahead of ourselves here).
