Ron Artest upon hearing that Magic Johnson said the Indiana Pacers should not give Artest a second chance after he demanded to be traded:
"It's like saying, 'Magic, should your wife give you another chance? He's saying Ron Artest should have no more second chances. What's worse -- me saying I want to be traded or you cheating on your wife?"Not quite as biting as that ridiculousness Howard Stern offered up on The Magic Show, but pretty harsh nonetheless. And really, the more criticism Magic takes for what he says as an announcer, the better. Guy single-handledly has been killing the TNT NBA Show for years.
Uhh, that was rough, but I guess it is indeed true.

What did Stern say on the Magic Hour?
They were chatting about Magic's HIV+ status and Stern said something like, "Look on the bright side Magic, at least you had fun catching AIDS."

Like Damon Wayans says, anyone who pronounces it "bassetball" probably should not have their own syndicated talk show.

Probably the best late-night moment ever... if only I had tape of the look on Magic's face that night. Priceless.
